At Less Bad Stuff, we take great care to ensure every order is packed correctly and delivered as expected.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@lessbadstuff.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo of the item received

Once verified, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or provide a full refund.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available if:

  • An incorrect item was delivered; and

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Products that have been used or opened

  • Shipping delays caused by couriers

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

  • Minor cosmetic damage to packaging that does not affect the product
